We all know about vegetarian and non-vegetarian group of people. Vegetarianism is the practice of abstaining from the consumption of animal meat, sea food and poultry. While non-vegetarians were those who eat plant food and animal food both. But there is one more type of group know as Vegans.

Veganism is a form of vegetarianism which eliminates all animal products from the diet. Generally, not only in diet but eliminates those things too which derived from animal parts like shoe leather, milk products and natural hair wigs etc.

The main aim of vegans is to oppose animal products completely. They can be divided into three parts i.e., dietary vegan, ethical vegan and environmental veganism.

8 Tips to Have a Good Night's Sleep

1. Sleep in a comfortable bed, in quiet, dark rooms and places where you feel secure.

2. Don't snooze in the evening, even if the nigh before that you haven't slept well. Try to stay awake and go to the sleep not earlier than 8 o'clock. Maintain the
same sleeping hours, as this way your body will keep a constant rhythm between the sleep and active periods.

3. Don't drink coffee or take other brain stimulating chemicals before going to sleep.
